Biography

I have worked with live casino and table games for nine years. I began my career in Evolution’s live casino operations division, where I worked for four years with blackjack, roulette and baccarat tables. My work included checking the rules, betting limits, the pace of the rounds, stream stability and the interface’s adaptation to different devices.

For the following five years, I worked in Playtech’s product quality division, focusing on live casino games. I compared table variants, tested desktop and mobile interfaces and analysed streaming quality, the synchronisation between video and bets, the clarity of the information displayed and the operation of the controls during rounds.

Throughout this career, I evaluated more than 180 live tables and analysed products from 16 providers. I also developed a methodology with 20 criteria covering video stability, image resolution, stream delay, sound quality, interface clarity, round speed, minimum and maximum limits, table variety, betting options and performance on smaller screens.

Live blackjack is my favourite game because the player’s decisions directly influence how the hand develops. My highest return in a single session was €5,240, achieved at a live blackjack table.

I also follow roulette, baccarat, casino poker and presenter-led game shows. In my evaluations, I analyse the technical quality of the stream, the rules, the limits and ease of use separately. A visually appealing studio does not compensate for an unclear interface, video delays or unsuitable betting conditions. I evaluate tables, rules, limits and streams to identify the factors that define a stable, clear and functional live casino experience.
