I worked for two years at Betclic Group in customer support, where I handled registration, identity verification, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses and account closure processes. This experience helped me identify the problems that affect users most, from unclear instructions to payment delays and promotional conditions that are difficult to understand.
For the following three years, I worked at Kaizen Gaming as a user experience analyst. I tested registration journeys, promotional pages, payment methods, mobile apps and the organisation of the casino and sports betting sections. I also checked whether the information presented on the main pages corresponded to the full promotional terms.
